Your family\u2019s information deserves care.

The adult authentication service stores account information needed to sign in. The learning application stores a family name, child nickname or first name, age, selected learning levels, timetable, activities, answers, written work, parent observations, content reviews and relevant audit events.

Use a nickname when possible. Do not put addresses, school details, health records or other sensitive personal information into learning answers.

Learning records support the family timetable, activity feedback and parent view. The application separates records by family and restricts child sessions to the chosen learner. Public website activity examples do not save answers or use AI.

The pilot does not include advertising or marketing analytics. Essential authentication and child-session cookies support account access.

Vercel hosts the application. Neon provides the database and adult authentication. The optional AI implementation connects to OpenAI; child access remains disabled until the required data handling and safeguarding gates are verified.

Configuring a request not to be stored by a model API does not by itself establish zero data retention. Provider arrangements must be verified before child AI is enabled.

A signed-in parent can export the family’s application learning records. The family-data deletion tool removes active application records and child sessions for that family; it does not delete the adult authentication account or provider backups.

Active learning records currently remain until the family data is deleted. The separate authentication-account deletion process and provider backup-retention arrangements must be completed before public launch.
